The technology of ceramic filters as a problem of their shaping

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate possible production of ceramic filters made by dry pressing and to choose suitable granulate and its optimal moisture proper for this way of production. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the meaning of the usage of ceramic filters in a foundry industry. Further more, the technology of ceramic mixtures production and the technology of ceramic filters production made by wet pressing and dry pressing is drawn near in this thesis. The practical part describes the production process and the testing of experimental samples. The influence of different kinds of ceramic mixtures, their moisture and different modes of burning is compared to physical-mechanical features of ceramic potsherd. The output is to design a material with a set of typical features which would by suitable for dry pressing production.

Design of injection moulding production

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to acquaint the reader with the process of production of plastic parts using injection moulding. Emphasis is placed on understanding the order as a whole, or what needs to be considered before and after the production of the plastic parts. The production takes place in the company Josef Škrkoň – Techplast a.s. First, the theoretical model is analyzed in the auxiliary software SolidWorks and CadMold. From the collected data a mould is created, which is fixed to the injection moulding press. The chamber with a screw, which is a part of the injection moulding press, is also described in the work, including the basic phases of the injection cycles that take place in the chamber. Measurement of the main qualitative parameter of the coupling strap was carried out using blast tests. In the last chapter of the bachelor thesis there is a technical-economic evaluation, where the approximate price costs for the production of the coupling strap are analyzed. More precisely, these are the costs of the production of tools, the costs of the production material and the production of the connection strip itself are analyzed. The time demands are given indicatively. Finally, the bachelor thesis is supplemented by analyzing the transport between the production company and the customer.

This diploma thesis deals with methods of used tire management, proposal of utilization of ground tire rubber, market analysis and RAPUR Company analysis and deals with proposal of the production of the rubber floor article. The thesis also deals with technical and technological solution of the product production and analysis of the organization’s environment, external and internal factors and SWOT analysis. Outcome information is then used for the recommendation of the business plan.

Design of granules drying method in line for plastics processing

The chapter Overview of the current state of solved problems is the biggest chapter of this master´s thesis. This chapter is described transport of materials, huminity mesurement with two basic methods,
moipsture absoption and drying methods. The following chapter acquainted wiht company and wit its products. In the penultimate chapter are results of measurement and design of
granules drying methods in line for plastics procesing. Master´s thesis is terminated of evaluation of ondividual methods.
